ORDER PROCESSING

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Belgium
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using Bpost. Flat rate shipping fee of €6.85 applies to orders shipping within Belgium. These include tracking.
Europe
Orders are generally shipped within 2-10 days using Bpost. Flat rate shipping fee of €11.60 (Economy)/ €16.10 (Standard - with tracking) applies to orders shipping within Europe.
Overseas
Orders are generally shipped within 2-10 days using Bpost. Flat rate shipping fee of €28.70 (Economy - no tracking available) applies to orders shipping outside of Europe.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Filomenamaakt is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at filomenamaakt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
